An animation I made at college about a girl telling the story of her first kiss, It has gone on to win Best Animation at the Filmonik awards. It was also shown as part of Best of the west at Animated Exeter the Kinofilm Cinemobile Tour and was shown on the BBC big screen in Manchester.
Animated in flash, edited using Premiere and Audacity.Most people on my video production course stuck to live action but I wanted to explore different ways of making visuals. So I chose to combine rotoscoped characters with photographic and filmed backgrounds, as well as some traditionally drawn elements.
